New Models = Maximum Excitement

Especially when they give us something a bit different.

Muse Image in particular, run by Meta, is a huge step forward for their creative AI tools. This new model combines real world analysis and thinking before the generation of images.

Let’s dive in.

Muse Image Is Thoughtful Image Generation

Muse Image, available for free on Meta AI, takes time to research real world events and data before producing an image.

This means every image you create has access to real-world information, such as sport scores, research and the latest news.

This hugely stands out because the image model is also very strong, featuring:

  • High-quality images, generated at speed.

  • Text precision, Muse Image is able to write text and produce graphics.

  • Create infographic, across multiple aspect ratios.

This model came out of nowhere. As Meta begin to return to the public eye with new releases at last within their ‘Muse’ model portfolio.

Muse Video has also been announced, but we are awaiting public access for this.

Even without all the bells and whistles, the model can produce strong images:

Seedream 5.0 Pro Arrives

The latest model from Bytedance comes at a busy time for the company. They just launched Seedance 2.0 at 4K (AI Video), and Seedance 2.5 is on the horizon with heavy rumors it will be an outstanding video model.

Seedream 5.0 Pro produces high resolution images, can take on multiple image references, but its power comes in precision editing - similar to Nano Banana and ChatGPT Images 2.0.

There seems to be a strong ‘base’ for images now, producing high quality at speed is a default requirement, so editing is the next stage.

Some examples of outputs:

Infographic Version 2

The above examples show great text and design precision, but is lacking a real-world research step.

When it comes to editing, you can upload any image to Seedream 5.0 Pro and ask it to make adjustments such as the environment:

Notice how it keeps the composition but adjusts it for a night time shot with neon illumination. This is a great example of how image editing with AI tools can give us more from a single shot.

As a sneaky hint, you can also use Seedream 5.0 Pro to change the angle too:
